it's CCP's way of ensuring that the best drops happen out in deep 00.
according to some players in eve we make too much money running missions in empire it's not fair to them that we get true anything drops right in empire.
sucks but on same note this mission has tons of big bounty rats, i'll settle with minimal drops as long as they keep averaging 1.5 mill bounties per BS.
Last night had this and it had 7 BS in first stage. Definitely one the best bounty totals out of all lvl 4 missions.

People obviously have no clue how rare commanders/officers are in 0.0... Let me assure you, its not something you see everyday.
As for missions, blockade missions on the final spawn and so on do give a fair amount of commanders. Probably about even with the number of rare spawns in 0.0. --------

It depends on the corp you are working for. I use Zoar and Sons, and I havnt gotten a single Commander rat in the Blockade mission in the long time that iv been running missions. -----------------

My agent pits me against Angels all the time, and I get a fair number of Commander type rats... but never have they dropped anything really worth bothering with in the least. Mordus blockade has a swarm of commanders, never worthwhile to loot. One mission even throws up a 650k Chief something that never drops anything better than basic frig loot.

depends on the corp? erm dunno...it's so random... i have done MANY gone berserk missions over the past few months, and ive got my first commander spawn on that mission only 2 days ago... i guess we can't try to deduce any rule from that.. but for me at least, i get more commanders on missions than what i used to get in 0,0 npc hunting (and i hunted alot)
Concerning the loot of the Lords for me it's just fine bounties are alreadywell enough to compensate for the lack of loot of DS missions, remember, who has ISK can buy any loot --- Proud Owner of a Navy Issue Raven. |

Rachen Mysuna? Why do you fit 150mm rails on your battleship? And why does the humongous Gurista War Installation you hang around only have huge stockpiles of small hybrid ammo and armor repair modules?

even if they do allow it to drop some fraction items.
we will never see commander loot like 0.0 players do.
at best we will see fraction loot.
heck 12 hours ago i got my 1st ts spawn in weeks on blockade. and yes it did drop 2 ts items :)
so why allow TS to drop fraction items and not the rest?
