He uses Google Ads to help him support this. It may require him to pay CCP an annual $99 to keep doing the Ads, see separate Dev Blog for more details. And Google Ads sometimes (actually, frequently) place ads on EVE Fan sites that lead to offers that will break your EULA. This is because for Google, Greed is Good, see separate CCP corporate Newsletter for more details. I believe Chribba can disable certain kinds of Google Ads though, so now that his name is in this thread he might take measures to prevent this from happening for the next few days until a new Ad appears he hasn't yet blocked.

I try block off offending sites when I can, but new ones come up every now and then and I redo the process. So by all means do report such ads so I can block them off as I don't sit and refresh my pages myself 50 times per day to see what new ads are likely to be shown. I believe it will save you time and will help to keep your very useful sites free of this crap. And people, i didn't mean to blame anyone, or report anyone, or get anyone banned. I've even painted the site address on the shot, so it wont break forum rules.

Would you be fine with a well-known scammer and alleged RMTr running a site that had bot adverts running? I suspect many of you wouldn't and nor would you believe the site owner if he/she said they were trying to stop the ads. As it stands the site breaks the EULA that the owner signed up to. Is there intent? No. Is the site owner aware of the problem? Yes. Is that enough for a ban? Probably not in this case but its a pretty grey area IMHO.
