I'm looking to purchase a Caldari/Gallente specialized character, I'm not looking for skills in Minmatar/Amarr ships and weapons as I already have a main for this; neither am I looking for industrialist skills. Budget is pretty much open ended but your character will payed for according to it's worth (I won't lowball, I'll know what the character would go for if you would sell it for yourself) and not a figure conjured up in a dream. I'll try to make a list of what exactly it is I am looking for.
Required:
Gallente Bs 5
HAC 5
Caldari/Gallente cruiser 5
Armor comps 5
T2 Drones
Engineering skills 5
Gunnery support skills 5
Missile support skills 5
T2 missiles
T2 Hybrid weapons
Preferred but not necessarily required:
T3 Caldari/Gallente cruisers with support skills 5
Recon support skills at 5 for both gallente/caldari recon ships
Probing skills 4 or 5
HIC 5
Interceptor 5
Recon 5
Things that will earn you extra brownie points:
Gallente carrier 5
Fighters 5
Jump skills at 5
Shiled comp skills 5
Marauders 5
Thermodynamics 5
If I could get all of these things on a character with a decent name with most skills at 4 or 5, almost no lvl 0 or 1 skills clogging up the skillsheet and perhaps with a good clone it would make me a happy panda.

Sorry the support skills are severely lacking and it does not meet my requirements, I'm looking for a character with more SP (No "But with my character you will have money over for other stuff" bull**** please)

Gavic unfortunately has way too much SP plowed into industrial skills, I might be interested in the other character depending on the other offers i recieve
