My brothers account was hacked on the 14th of July, he filed a petition on july 15th, The only response he has gotten so far is just the auto reply mail from the petition system. He sent them all the info they request when you nolonger have access to the original email account that was used to set up the account. As of this morning 90% of his assets are gona and he has been podded down about 1million sp.
Anyone have any ideas how he can proceede with this.

Like any other MMO on the planet, you will have to wait patiently for them to take their sweet time in dealing with your issue if and when they are already dealing with a couple hundred other people who have the same problem.

Time for a fresh install of your OS and time to change all passwords and cancel all credit cards. Banned account petitions and investigations take at least a week so you have plenty of time.

I'd suggest you find CCP's fax number, and go ahead and pre-emptively fax photo Id of your'e brother over.
If he doesnt have access to the origional email...
And the same First/Last name was used consistantly from acc creation -> current
And counting on the fact that it actualy is you're brother's account - and you're brother created his own account - and it is his - and not a char he bought the "Derp" way without a char Xfer leaving it on some other person's account for it to be taken back at any time..................
All you can do is wait. Pre-emptively faxing off ID if the above circumstances fit will save you turnaround time. Update the petition to say you faxed in ID and state you've got a copy of the completed fax note thing.
No, go find the fax # urself, hint - CCP's website, not eve's is easier to find it.

This morning?, usually account hacking petitions result in immediate account bans until they investigate. Seems like a GM is asleep, either way you are screwed as those timestamps on petitions do not exist, the logs show nothing, madness.
