This be a lottery for a PvE Fitted, Semi expensive Tengu
There will be 150 Tickets, Each ticket will cost 5m; The lottery winners will be drawn using http://www.random.org/

well, I think he means that:
-You don't have a ticket holder (which is sometimes seen as a scam alert)
-You don't have a history of lottery holding, so people can't refer to that

Well, Its hardly my fault that I dont have a history, Everyone starts off somewhere
And I wouldnt see why people would take Kitty for a lowlife scammer D:

My first lottery was a Dramiel,
I'm just saying beging with someting "cheaps" so it gets faster out and when u get a good "history" ,go then for expensive ships.
