You die and the can is yours, but if someone takes from it, they are flagged to you and your corp. If they steal it and get away, then they gained the loot. You already accepted the risk, why should you gain any more for it? After all, the loot belongs to the dead pilot and it is his, not yours. I would want other to take it, as it's mine and I want it to go to others so it makes you angry.

If the reason is valid, then it progresses and we hope for a change. If we don't think it is a valid reason, then we say so and you have to argue why it is valid. PvPers don't have to be thieves to earn ISK, but if they want the loot that is not theirs, they need to be the quickest to steal it. If you don't make money as a PvPer, then you are the one to blame. Your failure to steal loot and relying on that as income is exactly that, your failure. It's your choice to risk your ship and war dec a corp. As for the loot, you have choices. If you don't want to be a thief, then don't take the loot . This just means someone else will take it for sure. If you want the loot, then you have to be quicker in stealing it. Either steal or don't, either way, the loot is not yours.
