Hi guys.
I have recently brought a NM and am using Imperial Navy Teycon Beam Lasers for level 4 missions. My first question is do u think I would get more DPS with the Tech II version with Large Beam SPecialization maxed.
Also I am maybe after some Implants to give me more damage and maybe tracking and am not really sure what ones really, so help with some good support implants will be great.
For you info this is myset up I have got atm
High Slot 4x Imperial Navy Teycon Beam Laser 1x Auto Targeting 1x Small Tractor Beam
Mid Slot 2x Photon Scattering Fields 1x Heat Dispersion Field 1xPithium c-type med shield booster 3x Shadow Serpintis Tracking computer
Low Slot 3x imperial Navy Heat Sink 2x Domination Tracking Enhancer

T2 tachyons indeed do more dps, but they are cap hungry. For implants you could : Slot 6 > cap recharge "Inherent Implants 'Squire' CR" Slot 7 > cap usage "Inherent Implants 'Lancer' G" Slot 8 > cap " Inherent Implants 'Squire' CC" Slot 9 > turret damage "Eifyr and Co. 'Gunslinger' CX" Slot 10 > large laser damage "Inherent Implants 'Lancer' G"
Hmm the ROF implant for the slot 9 may be better. Anyway you have a pretty bad fit. I guess you're trying to be cap stable, which is wrong for a NM.

Thank you for reply its most helpfull. Believe it or not its stable when I dont run the shield booster constantly, and my alt has a golem so this is there to supply the extra DPS and fast completion.

Unless his tank doesn't hold, there's no reason to call a medium shield booster setup bad. Against the right NPC types, the NM will shred anything before they do much damage.

I don't do missions, but I don't think he can solo the second pocket of Worlds Collide without a bit of sweat. That's another story with an alt golem ofc.

Yea just to clear up this ship is just for extra DPS and to support a Golem. If I get too much damage i can warp out and get agro on the golem and warp back so its not really a problem for me with tank just for the DPS really
