I saw someone ask in the help channel in-game if all agents were same quality now and someone answered yes.
Is this true? And does this apply to the "true quality" thing? Because I remember before, an agent in 0.5 system would give better rewards than an agent in a 0.8 system of the same quality. Was that removed? Do all agents give the same rewards regardless the sec status of the systems they are in?
(same level agents of course)

Basically all Agents are accessed as -20 Quality but pay rewards as +20 Quality.
System security level and Social skills still affect rewards.

From the way it was introduced within the Dev Blogs, it seems their goal was to encourage players to move away from popular mission hubs which were the only sources of Quality 20 agents. At least the joke they made about telling pilots to explore other reaches of new Eden besides Dodixie and the like implied the reasoning.

Sec status, location and LP store are what you worry about now when choosing an agent. They have stayed the same, but yes quality is 20 for all of them.

it sort of worked tho , my old amarian lvl 4agent was in a system with something like 50 people on peak moments, after the chage there are a average of 100 ppl or more , but i found another agent not fat off in a system that only has 20 to 30 ppl on peak moments, for those few 1000 isks and few dozen lp points per mission less i prefer the new agent indeed
