Currently training for minmatar ships up to cruisers/battlecruisers.
Has a lot time spent in training leadership skills.
Can fly hulk, tengu, orca. Has skills injected to be able to fly loki and legion.

Well.... i will have 5.5 bill in 2-3 days hopfully. if you wish i can pay up to 6 bill for it. but in the mean time please start on the caldari BS lvl 5 at least. covert ops ships are useless without it

still has alot to spend on leadership skills . You market him as a leadership pilot but he only has WC III , no specialist skills trained to V which means no mindlinks . No Cybernetics to V . No CS V .
Character needs alot of work before it is a competent command ship pilot .

Still looking to find a new owner. Currently training Minmitar cruiser 5.
Has a positive wallet, can run level 4 missions for Federation Navy (Gallente).
Has a full set of +4 implants on one clone. One other clone with no implants.
5.5 bil b/o.. first come first serve. Looking to move this character in the next two days..
