Since Exodus, as we all know, mission loot is pretty much a joke. Last night I decided that the can was just too close not to look inside. Much to my suprise I find a malkuth siege and dual 250mm prototype 
To the devs i say "More please," to the rest I say "Better me than you."

3 months of lvl 4 missions and not one named launcher or gun in the mix. and i collect every single can

Yeah i did the same thing on a loot can recently
and got a +3 intellegcne implant 
from an amar navy omen!

In one day of playing I got Damsel in Distress 3 times from my lvl3 agent.
The first time I found a +3 wil in a can.
The second time, a Beta hull expander.
The thrid time another 25%+ expander.
Since then... crap. Crap crap crapola. The prison has a decent drop, but hardly worth the effort of trecking out to get it in my slow butt BC or BS. If the 'Damsel' were not in it I wouldn't bother.

Bloody hell you get some luck! Decent loot, Imperial Apocs, don't tell me...it rains Zydrine and Morphite where you live? ;)

Since Exodus I've netted...
1 x +3 Willpower implant (yup - from that Navy Omen!)
1 x Arbalest Siege launcher
1 x Modulated tachyon
1 x Large Accomadation Armor Rep
1 x XT-9000 Cruise launcher
1 x X-Large CL5 shield booster
plus a few other lesser named large guns, launchers etc. and tons of named medium stuff
On the whole loot is utter cr@p but every now and then you seem to get the best loot you could want - it seems to be the best named or nothing most of the time for me.
Saying that, today only 3/20 bs has actually dropped a can - and it always seems to be a large shield extender atm!

The other day I do a few missions and nothing good drops... Then I go mine in a belt in 0.8 and a Serpentis Smuggler and a Drug Dealer come say hello... I look in the can... a 22% cargo expander

Yeah, Omens drop implants frequently.. I got like 10 or so from them since shiva..

i have made the perfect loot fetcher : )
it is a Sigil(amarr indy)
High: nothing
Med: 1x 10mn ABII, 2x cap recharger I
Low: 5 x overdrive injectors.
Atm my top speed is 961 m/s and i ahve 2007 m3 cargo. makes hauling loot a blast

It can happen just very rare it seems. So far since exodus I have gotten a few named guns (couple dual 250's and a 425mm) and I also have malk and Z seiges. So say 4 great drops since exodus for me (roughly 40k LP's or so mostly normal non deadspace till lately i've been doing those too).

The only 'good' items iv found on missions so far:
-2x Large Accomodation Armor Repair
-20+ named Mega Beams (But since they're beams, its not so good)
-two or three named tach's
-a few 18% cap rechargers
-handful of 24% cargo expanders
I guess this isnt so great, now is it .
But...from the minerals iv gotten from missions, iv allready built two Tier 1 battleships, four Tier 2 battleships, one battlecruiser, a handful of cruisers and enought torps to last me till next year.

2x +3 implants from the same omen
and sme hardwiring from stations, and a few named alsers and large projectiles from l4's

2x Modulated mega pulses
1x Modulated Tach
425mm coil
I guess those are the highlights, but there is a growing hangar contentat my agents. One of the mega pulses is from damsel, one from centus beast lord or something, tahy is from the residence of the informant  , the coil from same damsel can as the mega pulse.. not too bad really, but i pick up every can for 110k LPs, and it takes forever ...
