Looking to Build a Cap Pilot out of it so above all else support skills are a must. I leave wiggle room as I know what people post in here won't have strong skills in all my must haves but just painting a picture of what I'm looking for. Looking to save some time is all in what I'm aiming for in a year or so. Don't care about gunnery skills so if you have none that's fine.

Basically the title says it all, Just looking for a toon to sell stuff cuz I'm away from high sec almost all the time. So want it to be able to trade and be able to move small amounts of goods. Price wise I leave that to the seller but generally I pay 1.5 to 2 billion for every 10 million skill points depending on focus. Not really looking for a character that's over 10 million skill points as I don't need it to do anything else.

Here is one. The problem is that with this low SP the transfer fee is going to be a big part of the price.

I'm for sale too as a trader starter alt can also acquire lvl 4 missions anchor POS in amarr/caldari high sec(0.5 to 0.7) and use search agents (could also be used to make corporations with standings)
I have positive wallet and no other vices or enemies
