Hello I making two builds for my L4 for my Gallente character.
First build is for start (low price).

If you are going to mission double rep, get rid of the suitcase, use a cap power relay, and free a mid for an omni.
I only use one repper, so my mids don't all get stuck on cap and I can have 3 utility mid slots. I also use 2 sentry damage rigs, 5x350mm and mix between range tanking and not shooting triggers prematurely. Learn and use the hotkey to switch drones to passive when there are triggers.

I don't know why your fits pain me so much, but they do. If you have the skills for T2 Sentries and Heavies, you should really gear your fit to those strengths. Here's my Domi fit, which tears up LVL4's nicely.

The hardeners are setup for Angels Extravaganza 4 which I ran last night. I also switch ammo depending on range.
I can't even fly T2 sentries yet and this thing rocks.
I would also consider dropping the salvage as you go setup. I wouldn't want to even try in a Non AB battleship. Problem is I am often dropping rats fairly far away. Without the Noctis bonuses, the tractor beams only have a 20km range. So it would be forever slow boating into tractor range to clean up as you go. I'd be willing to bet isk that I can blast through a mission, go back, switch to Noctis and salvage faster than you could run the mission in your setup, salvaging as you go.
Even a Catalyst setup for salvaging with a MWD and 4x4 tractor/salvager setup would get it done faster. |

In my eyes your fit is redundant and wastes a lot of space. First off the tank, get rid of the dc II and the unneeded 2nd repper and add a 4th dmg specific hardener and whatever other mod you like. Personally I use a 2nd EANM II for mission specific resists of around 88%. With the cap now free from that repper you can get rid of a CCC and two of your cap rechargers. In the mid I would go with two omnidirectional tracking links and in the rig slot a sentry dmg. Your high slots are a waste, the dominix is too damn slow to salvage as you go and your wasting your time trying. Fit some 350 or 425 t2 rails.
The navy issue dominix is a waste of isk for a mission runner.

Ah feel free. Constructive criticism is always good. I have been very happy with the fit so far. I'm training up drone interfacing 5 as we speak and then sentry drones 5 next. Once I have that I will switch to T2 Sentries and probably switch out a rig to free up some slots for more gank mods.

Don't try so hard to be cap stable. You should get rid of at least one of the Cap Rechargers and put on an Omni for the drones. Get rid of the second large armor rep, put in a med repper (it will soak up less cap and pg while still giving you plenty of boost when you need them both running).
Get rid of the salvagers and tractor beams and add guns. Use a noctis for salavage and loot. WAY faster to kill and loot/salvage that way due to the noctis' range and cargo capacity.
TBH 3 hardeners is more than enough with a large and medium repper so get rid of the omni and put on a damage control for the times that you run into trouble and need to warp. You can also think about getting rid of a second cap recharger and adding a target painter to help with sentry tracking.
You have to find ways to add more functionality and kiiling potential. When you overtank like this missioning takes forever. =============================== Two words: Internet Spaceships |

One thing for yours is the second drone link. Doesn't really do anything for you. You won't be shooting anything at over 77-80k. I'd say get rid of it and add another gun.
Also get rid of the bouncers and go with Caldari sentries. They work great at long range and will actually use the drone link, then switch to Garde when the targets get under 40k. Keep a set of Hobgoblins, Warriors, Valkerye and Hammerheads. Also get to tech 2 sentry and all tech2 fittings as soon as you can. =============================== Two words: Internet Spaceships |

I've thought about that. But my bouncers have an optimal of 73KM. I tend to swap it for a gun depending on missions. Some missions with really long ranges I'll use the second one. For shorter range missions I will put on another gun.
I mostly got really annoyed having to wait for the rats to get inside my drone control range and the loss of one gun didnt seem to change DPS all that much.

Saw the second half of your post. I swap sentries depending on missions. I almost always keep gardes for their great tracking up close and overall damage and swap the second set depending on optimal damage/range.

Garde II's with 2XOmni's will tear stuff up at up to 52 KM. 40 optimal + 12km falloff if I remember right.
Angel missions are the only type that I don't carry 2 types of Sentry drones. For Angels I use bouncers to clear out any cruiser+ size ship over 20KM. Under 20KM even bouncer II's don't track so well and berserkers get better hits. (Plus with the 2xomni's the berskers will even munch frigates).
The only mission I have problems running with a single rep sentry fit Domi is Stop the Thief. I usually pull out my old dual rep 3xCCC with lows all for tanking.
