I want to buy an Orca pilot that has perfect mining boost.
Ability to pilot a freighter, Production Efficiency V, and Ability to make Cap Components are pluses.

If you are selling one at a somewhat fair price, I would be happy to discuss it with you.
I understand a perfect orca would be worth more isk than just the skillpoints, and I am not looking to be cheap.
It really depends on things like sec status, how 'near' perfect you are, and other skills trained.

i can sell this character for 8.5 b isk , he can build everything up to capital ships (except t3 and storyline modules), perfect hulk miner and great Orca booster , lvl 4 freighter / jump freighter , excellent refinery skills , badass science skills . He can run his own corp , anchor all POS modules , POS gunner , cov ops , transport ships lvl 4 , badass PI skills for extra income , and if you`re bored you can pew pew in your shiny amarr t2 frigates ^^
also rorqual ready if you plug in skill book
the price is absurde lowish , but i need some quick bucks as i realized i can`t start my freighter manufacture bussiness yet cause i lack capital ... i`m online so convo / evemail me (nunchuck norris) if you`re interested , the character is in NPC corp already and can be transferred any time

That looks like a nice pilot, but it is way more than I need.
I am basically looking for an orca to sit in a pos and provide boosts.
If the orca pilot can also fly an avatar and open portals, I would be interested, but a bunch of PVP oriented skills would be useless for an orca alt.

Other than lacking the ability to fly an orca, that one looks nice, but I am really interested in an orca pilot with maybe some additional industry skills.
