Venal Stain and Curse all have equally excellent rats.
I suspect the Delve and Fountain rats are just as good but maybe thats limited to the Pirate sov systems.

For years the regions everyone wants (and thus the big wars have been fought over) have been: Delve, Fountain and Tribute/Tenal.
With the outpost spam some of those are not as valuable as they once were.

The true-sec is not broken, it is just that systems with NPC sovereignty are treated as being -1. That is true of all NPC space in 0.0 and is not exclusive to Delve or Fountain.
Except that the other regions don't really have any non NPC space amongst the NPC space, Geminate has like a hand full of systems, a few of the other systems have one or two, Fountain and Delve have HUGE tracts of space that are non NPC, all of which get treated as if they WERE Npc space, so that your cyno jammed system can **** out officers 1-2 times a day, and ooze faction spawns the rest of the time.

Interesting.
Interesting, but wrong. The non-npc systems in Delve are treated exactly the same as non-npc 0.0 space anywhere else.

You're talking out of your ass is what your talking, we go to delve every 4 or 5 months, usually to beat up some crap incarnation of one of your friends, and whilst there, our members rake it in, 3 or 4 officer spawns a day, and in one system, I personally had 6 faction spawns in a single hour.
Yea, sounds totally legit.

So I guess a huge oversupply of faction & officer modules from those regions has crashed their value in Jita, right; thus devaluing the worth of those regions?
Maybe someone would like to pull the data to see if there is a disproportionate volume of good loot from those two regions in relation to the population density, compared with all the other regions in Eve?
A graph would be cool.

A graph would be pretty sweet, but I ended up GIVING half the DB crap I got away because it wasn't worth the effort to try and sell, not because the mods are crap, but because there was just no value in the mods since they drop constantly.

Wait, wut?! They are the two most valuable regions because they drop worthless loot?
You are losing me here...

I underlined the important bit in that post, and in a former post i also stated that Officers pretty much rain from the sky. Accidentally stumbling on them, or hunting them, you can make bricks of money.
I mean I don't care what you personally believe, we love our trips to delve, so if you think its worthless thats cool, your alliance mates sure fought tooth and nail to keep hold of a region with no moons of note for years on end though, so, I'ma go ahead and believe in me.

This doesn't mean anything until you can factor in what gets bought the most.
