I built a mining alt to mine while a pew pew.
I am new to minning and am not sure how well a hulk will hold up to the blood raider belt rats.
I am worried about the em/therm dmg as well as the nuets.
Any fits that would work well for solo minning?
Such a thing as a passive hulk?
a grav sites easier to tank?

For blood raiders since are nuet rats best to use a passive drake or similar to tank rats then don't need tank on hulk is very hard to tank blood raiders unless have enough hulks to kill rats fast enough that they can't hurt you

Fitting a Hulk with x2 MLU II is very tight on CPU; requires domination Shield Amps. Play around on EFT and remember it is not a 1b isk pimp mobile.
The following fit will easily tank most spawns and those it can't; you'll have plenty of time to warp out.

Not to worried about MLU as this will nto be my main focus but something my alt does while I pew pew. So maybe cargo holds or sield rigs would be better since minning yeild is secondary.
Just something that the character can do solo and make some isk.
