Salutations MD! This month I am hoping to expand my station trading significantly, so I will be needing more funds.
Summary

FAQ
1. Any outstanding debts outside of your current public loan? Yes. A corp mate gave me 1bn isk around the end of July, so that is already considered apart of the 10bn here.

2. Why are you going from 2bn to 10bn? I believe I could properly invest this isk to make worth while profits. In my previous loan(as of the moment of posting) I have earned 823m isk as profit which is almost a 50% return on the isk I've used.

3. In the event of you losing our isk how would you pay it back? I pay attention to my markets and will pull out if it's not worth the time. In the event I start losing significant amounts of isk I will see the close margins while I update prices and will pull out.

5. What if you are intoxicated and go on eve? I've learnt my lessons with that one. No risk there!

6. Why did you choose 10bn as your next loan? My average profit per day is around 36m per day, I would really like to reach 100m a day average and believe 10 billion isk could do this.

7. Audit? As much as I don't like giving out my API information, I imagine investors don't like giving their isk to people they don't trust even more. I have contacted Vaerah already and will be contacting Tutskii later on today to submit to her verification service.

8. Will you be posting the charts like last month? I got no feedback at all about that but yes I will be post the charts this time around again.

9. If you get a job(probably a risk) what are you plans with this? I will see how much of an effect it has on my time to manage eve. If it doesn't have a negative effect, I will continue as usual. If however it does I will end this loan early and return all investments as well as a full months of interest like they expected.
10. How come you eve-mail your investors before each loan ends? This is so I can properly liquidate stock and set aside their isk. I try to give them a respectable amount of time to reply, 1 week, but if I do not hear from them I return their isk.
11. What happened to #4? He's on vacation, he asked me to water his planets.
The Plan
1. Continue station trading in the two trade hubs I'm already in.
1.5. If I have trouble finding items(unlikely) to trade I will move to a third trade hub.
2. Split funds between the hubs I'm trading in.
3. 0.01 isk while watching my minmatar scrub my docking bay.
Risks
1. My minmatar labour worker kills me when I leave my captains quarters.
2. As with all station trading, the profit margins crash.
3. I get a job in real life.

The three people with that are currently investors of mine in my ongoing loan that ends on the 13th, when I want this to start up. They are reserved because I'm being courteous in letting them carry over their current investments.
If you look to my previous loan you will see those three are my current investors, and previously Liberty Eternal had his investment carried over. I will edit the second post to add a quick answer, sorry for the confusion.

Well even if I had proper collateral I would never drop my rate below 5% unless I knew I would have low profits. So you can have that to look forward to in any future loans/bond/ipos/etc etc I may have planned.

I'm afraid I don't have the technical skills for doing audits (I use paper and pen for all my accounting) but I think both Breaker77 and Varo Jan still do audits from time to time.
I really appreciate you taking your time to post the sources. Varo Jan hasn't posted in over a month so I am unsure on their availability to eve due to this, I have mailed Breaker77 my API key as well as a link to this thread roughly 24hours ago.
I am still looking for investors and if you guys really want an audit I will bug Tigerras about it if Breaker77 is too busy/doesn't want to audit me.

Nooo... no no no. I'm going to change OP from needing -1bn to 0 hah. I put negative 1bn because Mystics Ostus sent me 1.5 and if no one drops out of investing I'm going to be returning the surplus 1 billion to him.
If there are any further complication beyond his possible 1bn 'insurance' reservation is it safe to assume you would like to fill the remainder?

Foreword
Two things...
First, I am terribly sorry for the delay with this update and profits pending I will provide 3% extra interest(1% each day). While I am clueless who is expecting these updates I did say I would provide them and feel bad I wasn't able to keep up with my word.
Secondly... On 16th I had lost my laptop which was used as a platform to run trading tools for my desktop. It had experienced gravity and the power input had cracked thus rending it useless after 1hr of running. From then I was unable to use the trade tools on my desktop running linux(and only linux). A friend of mine was able to give me an installation medium for windows 7 and all the terrible stuff so now I am able to trade, just a lot less effecient than the setup I had previously.
Reflection
Foreword over with, I am 'content' with how trading had gone during my absense. Infact I am shocked how much movement happened for AFK work. I do hope that from today I will be back up to the 1.5+ billion movement mark.
I have neglected the possible future as well with my trading career and am lacking order slots so I am 11 days from retail V on both characters I'm using. I do plan on training up my order related skills for the duration of this loan so in the future I will be able to handle as many orders that come my way.
I will provide an update in a few days with just an image as well as a possible reflection if anything is needed to be reflected.

Reflection
Not much in the way of a reflection here. For the non-trolls(or people wondering) I was not flipping plexes with profit margins that were at a loss, that was a mistake I made when I first start station trading and thought there was actually 4m profit... Meanwhile fees ate all profit and then more.
I do expect tomorrow to have lower numbers since I am busy all day tomorrow. I will try and get as much time as sanely possible in, in 2-3 hours from now to make tomorrows(25th) information not look bad.

Reflection
As I mentioned last week, I thought the 25th would have had very little profits as I was busy all day. Thankfully that was not the case but the following day the repercussions of my activities did take their toll and I didn't want to move.
Can't think of much else to reflect upon. Profits are good and effort is at a level I really like.

A bit of simple algebra will let you know your "break even" sell for a given buy price+broker-buy-fee+broker-sell-fee+sales-tax.
In the end, you learned a leason.. :P
Great, now you posted a quote showing how bad my grammar can be at times. But yes, I did learn my lesson and thankfully didn't lose a large sum of isk. I still do check for a nice margin on plex is I'm socializing in eve. Haven't been so lucky to have a worth while margin lately so I haven't flipped plex at all. But such is life

Reflections
I've been rather busy this week so my time to actually get on eve, let alone my computer, has been quite limited. I am glad the market gods are looking in my favour with filling my buy orders while I'm gone. As you can see on Sept. 3 a fair bit of profit was had so that padded the rest of my inactivty. There'd be a little extra profit shown as well since I've sold some large stocks of items through contract.
A fair bit of my real life distractions have been taken care of so everything will be back to normal for my eve time in a short while.
Regarding the extension and new forums.
RE: New forums - I will recreate this topic on the 13th when the first term ends unless investors ask me to create it on a specific date earlier.
I have not heard back from March rabbit since I sent my evemail out at Sept. 1st so they will have their funds returned(unless I hear from them by Sept. 13th). Michelle P1H9A8N1 and Mystics Ostus have requested their funds at the end of this term be returned.
This leaves an opening of 4 billion ISK. I would like to ask potential investors to reserve however much they like up to 4 billion isk for when this term of my loan ends.

I cannot get on to verify if you sent it at this time. But I was more looking for people to reserve their investments for the 13th. I can send you the isk back when I get on later today for you to send back in a few days, or put it in a nice warm corp wallet division until the 13th. I'd like to keep the day I need to pay interest or return funds on the same day for convenience sake.
