Ok I'll start off by saying I'm not the original owner, and have trained a few million skills to be able to do some cosmos missions. That was the reason I bought her, but I ended up not having much time to do the cosmos missions. She has been in a NPC Corp since birth and is Caldari so it was perfect for cosmos as well as having the standings after doing them to put up a POS in 0.7 systems in both Amarr and Caldari space. So now for some details on this character and how much I want for her.

Ok like I said above I got her to do cosmos mission for Caldari and Amarr but ended up not having the time to do them. And she doesn't come with any assets, but I do have the Caldari and Amarr cosmos kits as well as the kit needed to get the +8% Armor hardwire. These kits include everything needed to complete the Caldari and Amarr cosmos missions along with the one Agent to get the +8% hardwire. So if the buyer wants, I'll make a great deal (Seperate From This Deal) for those 3 kits. I paid 985m isk for the kits and you can get them for way less with the sale of this Character. I'll also pass along the link to the cosmos database site that will show you which agents to do and in what order to do the cosmos missions quickly.
Ok so now on to what I want for her. I'll just be to the point, I paid 1.6b isk for her, and thats what I want for her now. I trained and added extra skills she didn't have when I bought her, so those cost is my lost.
