It's too expensive, the maximum you could get would be 4.5b for ~17M SP + 5 SB fitted.

I loled at "All CCp rules apply" and then you go on to break rule #5  "Items cannot be listed among the character's valuable assets, only skills, implants and reputation. You are buying/selling the character ONLY and nothing else." You cant list your ships and add them to your characters price! Nice though, selling a char for 6 thats worth 3,377,076,098.43 ISK.
