I am sure someone can come in and post the fastest ship flying in a straight line.
But what is YOUR fastest ship? Over all getting from System A to System B.
Right now this is what I have. Not the best or fastest by far, but fun.

10mn storyline MWD on a crow with appropriate powergrid modules to make it fit. Add overheating, snake implants, loki boosts, and wormhole effects to taste.
Dramiel is slower because it needs a powergrid implant and can't fit the snake omega. Closest competitor is a identically fit Crusader, losing out only to due to higher mass.

for system jumping take a frig and add Hyperspatial velocity optimizer's and nanos, job done

If you're not using autopilot, why nanos and not inertia stabs ?

Shuttles are bad for autopilot.
I get any cheap fast frig... and put a microwarpdrive onto it.
Then I put a rock on the F1 key and autopilot 2x faster. :D

Not the fastest ever, but with my skills it can go 658m/s or 4068 with the MWD and it's dirt cheap. I keep a small can in there so the 100m3 becomes 120m3 too. |

3. Use warpspeed rigs
4. Use a mwd
5. Use a Vigil
faster than a shuttle and still cheap as ****.
Should be the fastest T1 frig in game and beats most (not all) T2/Faction as well

Don't think you can fit that on a crow.. not enough pg?
fastest I can come up with without wormhole boost is 17.4km/s, anyone better then that?

Put Rock on Alt.
Make mechanical robot thing that presses tab and then alternates to F1. (Should be able to do with lego mindstorm stuff.)
Put MWD in mid F1 slot.
