hi all this might be in the wrong forum but here goes anyway..i seem to be losing ships quite a lot due to bugs, i jsut lost 2 ravens due to a bug which prevents me from warping out when it shoulkd be fine, i petitioned eve and they only refunded 1 of my ravens back to mem wtf is that all about?
i then lost my ship yesterday doing the serpentis extravaganza mission not due to me being a noob i might add, i went to warp away which it did but the npc drones were in the warp tunnel with me still shooting away stripping my quarer shield away and managed to strip all my armor while i was in th emiddle of the warp, now if that isnt a bug what the hell is ccp?
they tell me im not going to get my ship refunded cos they basically say im talking ****....wtf is going on here?

You are not warping until the server thinks you are warping. If NPCs are "in the warp tunnel" it means the server thinks you are still at the combat site. Losses due to lag are not reimbursable, because, among other reasons, they are unverifiable.
This post belongs in the "Known Issues & Workarounds" forum where you can b!tch about how you lost your battleship to imaginary bugs to your heart's content.
You may want to consider warping out before you get into hull in the future.

Yeah it might be the wrong forum, but I've lost 5 ravens to bugs like that and only gotten 1 back. Seems like the GM's flip a coin or roll dice to see if you get yer ship back. Oh well, move on.

I fail to see any bugs that you've mentioned. If something is in your way, that's not a bug. In fact, it's a valid PvP tactic. Maybe if you were more specific about why you couldn't warp away in the other cases, but for all we know, you were warp scrambled.

maybe u didnt read it so very well at least to me sounds like he entered warp already
enter warp =! accelerating to warp

had something similar warped out and rats show several au away still on overview and shooting me and hitting!!! but couldnt target back

seriously,it might be caused by lagg..i would be curious to know what type of connectivity you people have..
when you see yourself warping..you may be already dead..
my point is ,it might not be on CCP side..that is why they reluctant in giving back the ships..

1. You are right, this is not the correct forum 
2. Details of petitions should not be discussed in the forums at all. The GMs have very strict internal rules for reimbursal, and will reimburse whenever it is possible, but why or why not a specific ship was reimbursed should be only discussed in petitions, not in the forum.
