But you would have to use Small Electron Blasters for offense. (Might as well use a toothpick against a concrete wall)

Have the T3 skill up for 97%+ resists against the bomb type and load up on points. Then you wait for something to come along and bomb it to death while the T3 takes no damage at all.

It fits ok too, you just need a 1% CPU implant or trade something out to a named mod instead of T2. Of course, that doesn't really fit in so well with the SB bait theme though.
