The once closed EvE Gate can now be re-opened or at least a new conduit can be opened to allow free interstellar travel between Universes.
The device was found along the impassable Jovian border by a hapless frigate pilot who will remain unamed due to her or his own security.
The process of creating the conduit involves using
micro-robots to align the Higgs-Boson to create a Pythia-Alpgen Field around the ship.
In theory once the microbots cause the Higgs-Boson to align with each at the feet and head of the "stick person" all free flowing particles in space that would add mass to the ship traveling at light speed and faster would be slowed down.As the energy generated through the Higg-Boson Field continued to create more and more Higgs Bosons the micro-bots would continue to connect each Boson together based upon the magentism associated with each micro-bot and the Higgs Boson that would automatically connect each new Higgs Boson the older layer. At each increment of warp speed needed the computer on board the station would first deploy as many micro-bots as necessary for the needed warp speed of the ship. The process of creating the Higgs - Boson Field around the ship would then be created by the station where the micro-bots would automatically align each Higgs-Boson to their proper configuration. Once enveloped by the Higgs-Boson Field the control of the field itself would be transfered to the ships Higgs-Boson Manipulator that would only be able to control the micro-bots theirself. The ship would then power up its warp engines thus sending the appropriate amount of energy through the Higgs-Boson Field that would then block all matter except for the light photon from interacting with the ship itself to add mass to the ship. The Higgs-Boson itself would draw energy from the micro-bot to make itself either a negatively or positively charged Higgs that would then repel any particle passing close by the Higgs Field.

This new type of technology would be used to create two new warp jump stations. Warp Jump Station Pythia and Warp Jump Station Alpgen.
When traveling to each station the pilot would first pay for the service which would vary depending upon the size of the ship. The pilot would need to wait a day while their ship and theirself were transported to the connecting Warp Jump Station where new adventures would arise.
This idea is centered around real world technology and physics. Although it may or may not be possible to generate such a field the intentions of the Higgs Boson field is to allow a new server to be created based upon trying to contact Old Earth.
How it would work is that Jump Station New Eden would send the pilots information to the new server either being Pythia or Alpgen. Once the 24 hour transfer of information to the new server had been completed the pilot could make the jump to the Pythia or Alpgen Warp Jump Stations. This new type of Warp Jump Station would open up new frontiers for the New Eden pilot as they try to make their way back to Old Earth...wherever Old Earth may be at in the Great Unknowns of space.
Below is a basic idea of how the Higgs Field would be aligned using the micro-bots. The small yellow spheres represent the micro-bots aligned the Higgs-Boson which looks like a stick person. The larger yellow spheres represent the atoms in space.

I'm not sure if they would welcome us.
since we didn't do spacetravel for millenia I guess they are highly more developped.
so at the end they'll turn us in to their minmatar

just out of curiosity, what would those robots be made out of? no atom in existence is that tiny.
higgs boson
that's about realistic for something small like a helium atom. any of the metals those robots would be made out of would be many many time larger than a helium atom.

no, we would be less than the minmatar if they are still around. my thoughts are that earth is either gone, smoldering, or so covered in infrastructure you probably wouldn't be able to tell that it was earth.
if we were to get there, we would be the technological equivalent of worms to what we in new eden are at. I mean even the jove (what are left of them) would probably be looked down on as a lesser species, they would be more like what happened when the amarr first came across the minmatar.
