Hello
Looking for something focused on subcaps with no wasted SP in industry or any of that stuff. Also not looking for anything with cap ship skills. Can be any race but must have decent support skills for whatever race it mainly flies.
I have 13bil to spend so put chars here.

38millSp toon have a look an see what you think. Its able to fly a hulk & orca wich is not what you wanted particularly,but never the less is still a very pvp capable pilot being capable of flying HACs Logistics gallante BSlv5 & able to fly a decent thanatos also to top it off. Also able to fly fenrir & all it needs is the JF skillbook an will be able to fly a Nomad.Going for 10.5bill

I've got a 17.3 Mil SP Amarr character, nowhere near 13 bil either, so you could use the money towards pretty ships or something.:

If your looking for a pvp character, look no further. Minmatar lvl 5 in bs frig and cruisers. small medium and large turret skills lvl5 and specialisations level 4.
