Hi, I've spent most of my time this week running mission in High-Sec and seem to have noticed my security status is not going up like it usually does.
in my character sheet the last recorded increase was on the 9th and i've ran a load of missions since then including a couple of damsels in distress, and a vengence which i finished maybe 45 minutes ago but i haven't seen any increase in my security status over the last 4 or 5 days.
ideas or info?

MAY sound like a dumb question, but is your sec status at 5.0 or above?
'Cause if it is, it's not getting any higher.

3.97 as of the 9th of august and hasnt gone up since

Sometimes things don't update client-side. Try clearing your cache and see if that helps.

Some missions rats dont reward with sec status increase.
Like Duo of death.
You must have just been unlucky with missions you ran.

It's because you have that ****ing ****ty PSN signature - get rid of it.

sec status is increased each 20 minutes after you kill pirate ship in system..
Fast Talk is skill that improves SEC status
if you kill pirate battleship (Guristas,serpentis...) you will gain like 1.8% sec status but with Fast Talk 3% or more depends on Pirate SHIP bounty
more bounty more sec status
you can check it by go Standings find CONCORD right click and show transactions
players that want fast improve sec status go to 0.0 kill one BS jump next system kill one BS jump next system kill one BS after 20 minutes they will improve sec status for each BS killed in different system in 20 minutes.
SEC status is in range -10 - +5 that is 15 you will improve it by % do not forget that:
SEC status -5 and kill BS that giving you 3% that is 3% on 10 = 0.3
SEC status 4 and kill BS that giving you 3% that is 3% on 1 = 0.03

You CAN get sec status higher then 5
There are plenty of people with 9.8 and 7.3 sec status.
You have the kill officer spawns to get past 5.
Also play station is bad... Your going to make alot of enemies on the forums with a sig like that.
It only dose OFFLINE...

Yare are SO WRONG. There is only a handful above 7 and only one pilot above 9.8

You cannot get past 5 unless you do the two one-time Concord missions. People having sec status above 6 did this back when the cap at 5 didn't exist yet.
