I haven't used EVELoan yet, but i did business with ADW multiple times in the past. I never had any issues and he delivers as agreed.

In every new business model there are going to be feedback issues that I am always mindful of. By far the most feedback has been on the length of the contracts.
So as of today I have adjusted the rates in the OP to reflect this making it a lot easier and without penalty to get the rate and the term you want.
Current clients are more than welcome to take advantage of this as well just contact me.

AssassinationsdoneWrong has been a friend in eve for quite sometime. I have not yet used the service but i did get a loan from him before he was doing this service he was able to assist very quickly got me the isk in a few minitues and i got him paid back promptly. im sure one day i will once again need to access a lil bit more isk and ill know exactly to go rite to AssassinationsdoneWrong.

1. why did you vouched yourself with 0 posts alts , then asked a CCP GM to remove those posts after you got exposed ? If you are honest and made a lot of bussiness in the past , why do you have only friends vouches and 0 posts alts vouches ?
2. why did you used purchased alts to bash your competitors threads , when you`re much worse and not trustworthy ? And again asked a CCP GM to remove those posts ? If you`re honest , why are you afraid of ?
3. when all your competitors are giving 90% of collateral as loans (see trustable guys like Edwin Rothbard), why do you offer only 80% from assets value ?

1. I did not, don't need to and wouldn't vouch for myself with zero posted alts. It is the right of any of my clients to do so especially if they want their financials kept confidential but would also like to comment on the purity of the service. CCP did not remove specific posts at my request. They were just removed, following a report filed by me and many many other people, unless you are insinuating that CCP Zymurgist is doing a personal favor which I think moves your trolling to a whole new level and into the realms of CCP corruption insinuation.
2. I did not bash competitive threads with purchased alts. I reacted to a guy who tried to steal the idea by camping in my channel for a day and watching the business work and then tried to place a terribly ill-thought out copy which would have resulted in a degradation of both his and, more importantly MY, business. Corp members (not alts) did post after a corp chat and it was counter-productive for all. Again you are insinuating that CCP removed these posts as a favor and ininuating corruption within CCP.
3. Edwin Rothbard is a personal friend of mine (in RL and in EvE) and is, without a doubt, the person in EvE that I have have the most sincerest respect for. I even asked his permission to commence this business as his time for EvE has not been as it was due to tragic RL circumstances and, if his answer had been a definitive 'No" I would not have gone ahead. His response was positive and with his blessing. The model at 80% works for my business because of the max length of the terms I am offering. If you have an eye for the markets then you will know that certain items (especially HVI's) can move by MORE than 20% in a 21 day period. Now if it is a positive move then my clients are in a win/win because they are enjoying the loan and can repay and collect their items knowing they are in pure profit even including the interest. If it is a negative one and it shifts too much then it is a lose/lose for me as I swallow the loss.
I think I have answered all of your questions. I think everyone reading this can see that there will be no business coming out of this as you are simply trolling but trying (and failing) to stay within the parameters set by CCP Zymurgist in his post by pretending it is actually an enquiry for future business which it is not.

61 successful clients and recontracting and 27+ billion in loans would disagree with you. "Exposed" is a dangerous slandering word because it requires proof of which there can be none because it is not true.
I notice you chose to comment on the only part of the post that could get you into hot water rather than the logical answers to the questions you posed and I very seriously doubt that "Over and out" is anything of the sort. You seem to be a serial troller verging on sociopathic (thank goodness for the sandbox!!) and you seem hell bent on trying to destroy businesses that are more successful than you can hope to ever be and go after the newer ones as the established can't give you the scope to make outrageous claims as the client base would shoot you down.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to finalize a loan with ADW. He took plenty of time to explain each step in his calculations (I pawned some T2 modules) and he used Jita SELL prices as reference. From the total he took 20% off and I contracted him the stuff, which he immediately re-contracted me with the 80% plus his share of 5% (from the 80% - not the full sum).
I think ADWĘs service is great for quick loans. No hassle, no questions asked. Paying out 80% of the total is also okay for me. This way people think twice about defaulting. Raising the same amount in MD is tripple work - at least!

This is too funny. Did you even read the business model? What you are suggesting that, at some point in the past under my model, (some guy paid out IN ADVANCE!!!?!?) ....... wait for it ......... 36 TRILLION ISK so that he could walk off with 7 trillion? how about a 4 year old character? everything I've seen from ADW has been clear and above board, he's been upfront and frank in any dealings I've had with him and if I find myself in need of a short term loan I'd be happy to use his service, you on the other hand I wouldn't go near if you were giving 90% collateral with 1% interest, funny that isn't it?

ADW held his word on on the loan and have since brought back the private contract. The price of the loan service i felt was reasonable. When the time comes i need such a service again, I will do business with ADW.
