Logistics Why are the bonuses so uniform? And uninspired? The bonuses for the repair modules make sense. But the cap transfer/tracking links don't make as much sense, except for the Scimitar.
I think it is obvious the cap transfer bonus ships are better than the tracking bonus ships. I would like to see the logistics ships give a bonus to a module that counters the racial enemy EW.
For example, the Scimitar gets a bonus to tracking links. Amarr, the racial enemy of Minmatar, use tracking disruptors. Thus the Scimitar is targeted towards removing the EW effect of their enemy.
So Gallente would get a bonus for ECCM Projectors to counter Caldari ECMs. Caldari would get a bonus towards Remote Sensor Boosters to counter Gallente Sensor Dampers. Since there is no counter for Target Painters, Amarr needs something, but the cap transfer is too much of a good thing.
Heavy Logistics Be nice to add these to game using the tier 2 BC hulls. I would like the heavy logi to be able to self tank and still run 4 large remote repair modules. The ship bonuses would support both a fleet support role and a bonus to either self repair amount or resistances.

Amarr usually go for tracking disrupters on their EW
Heavy Logistics Good idea on the T2 hulls but rather go for pure logistics maybe look at Warfare links + Logistics mods call them Command Logistics :D Shadow Company

We already have heavy logistics. They're called Carriers.

^this. But I like the specific ewar bonusses. The thing is that the basilisk and especially the guardian have very limited mid slots for this.

If they implemented a Warfare link + Logistics hull with more than 4 high slots, most players would fit large repairers in each high slot and forgo using the links. I would.

The Basilisk slot layout would need to change if the bonus changed from cap transfer to Remote Sensor Booster. Possibly lose 2 highs and gain a mid and low.
Since the Guardian has no EW to boost against, no need for any change. Unless CCP creates a counter to painters, which would be kinda hard to balance.

The first half of this just describes the logis we already have, and even bonused there's no way local tank will outdo what you can get from another logi.
