This character was built as my main character and it was my only PVE character. After being pretty much done skilling for the Tengu to further optimize mission running I made him into a PVP backup character. When fighting in fleets I had him sitting in safespots with a full rack of links going, while fighting with another account.
Apart from only having the missile velocity and flight time skill to 4 this character is perfectly skilled for tengu and heavy missiles.

Character has 5.3mil loyalty points with ministry of war. A max value for the LP is around 7.4bil (1400 ISK per LP, I know several items which yield this).

Exactly :) I cannot officially demand payment for my LP but I can charge more for the character itself which will end up being the same thing :)

There are plenty of people who buy cheap stuff only to resell it for a profit, same thing can apply to my loyalty points. They get the LP as a bonus and then they liquidate the points and end up with a very cheap character.
