Any tickets sent without the reason code WILL BE RETURNED IN FULL pending an EVE mail to Dax Moreau with the time the money was sent. No "donation" BS.
How will this lotto be decided?
To ensure fairness in my lottery I use Chribba's Dice.
The drawing will occur when all tickets have been sold to ensure there is a winner.

You bet there is. 40 million isk goes to the person who guesses the closest number to the 1st place winning number in a reply to this topic. One entry per person.
