Have very cool gunnery ~11mil Sp for huge power of turret ships.
Implants: three +4 implants + two 5s + all +3% hardwiring for capacitor and damage large projectiles (~400mil cost for implants and harwirings).
NO killrights, positive wallet, Positive Security status. Located near Jita.
What he can do:
a) He can flying in grate minmatar Marauder + t2 guns (~11mil sp in gunnery) and other.
b) Flying an loki (all subs in 3-4)
c) Huge power Machariel full t2.
d) Perfect have minmatar BS + grate gunnery for it, include T2 projectiles + shield tank.
e) Have Assult 5 lvl.
f) Covert Ops 5.
g) Heavy Assault Ships 5lvl.
h) Caldari and galent cruiser 4lvls.
i) Have very good missile skills 2.6 mil sp and caldari and gallente BS 3s level.
g) Have good skilled Hurricane. He is very popular and power in EvE PvP :)))
