My C3 home is for sale - this is an absolute GODLY ISK MACHINE!!
This is pretty much the perfect setup.
Selling Points:
- Low-sec static means A) You don't get harassed by random Hi-sec noobs B) You always have an out a jump or 2 from Hi-sec for when you need to buy/sell. It's the best static you can have imo.
- This W-space system has no WH bonuses, or, more importantly no WH drawbacks!
- Cap ships cannot get in to attack you, but you can build your own cap ships at the POS for defense! (Orcas can still come and go in C3's)
- Fully geared POS (see list below) with 27d+ minimum on all fuels at the time of listing. Can build T3 hulls and ships, and Cap ships. Current market value for all structures included = 1.825 bil ISK.
- Top notch defense system on POS. Add a couple of cap ships to your hangar and you'll enjoy the WH as I did - living here for almost 2 years without anything close to a single successful POS enemy assault.
- All sites are soloable in something as cheap as a Drake, sites are fast and easily soloable in a Tengu.
