Which is it actually -------- Dammit, they killed the post where Sreegs says personal attacks are against the rules. I wanted to lol at him for that

Squad boosters give bonuses to their squad and themselves. Wing boosters give bonuses to their wing and themselves. Fleet booster gives bonuses to the entire fleet. You must have a valid fleet to receive boosts. The smallest valid fleet is 2 people: * Squad Commander (SC) * Squad Member The people in command positions (SC/WC/FC) MUST have to skills to command the people under them, in order for the fleet to be valid and boosts to be applied. In a 2-person fleet, the SC must have at least Leadership 1. The squad booster by default is the SC, but it doesn't have to be. Anyone in the squad can be designated the squad booster: right-click on the SC and select "Revoke Booster", then right-click on the new booster and select "Set Squad Booster". Boosters DO NOT need command skills unless they are in a command position. It is very rare though for a booster not to also have command skills though.
