New Eden Industrial Navy is a new corporation wanting to expand in the Mining and Industrial markets. We offer a low 5% tax rate, weekly compensation, Material Buy-Back Program, Free BPCs, Corporate Shares for Orca pilots, Senior Officers and Corporate Directors. Trade is made easy with our HQ being located 2 jumps from Jita!
New Eden Industrial Navy is recruiting new and experienced pilots for the following:
Mining Division - We are looking for miners who can fly Retriever, Hulk and Capital ORE ships. (i.e. Orca) Buy-Back Program for Solo Miners as well as percent of total haul for Fleet Miners. We will also help new miners get into their first mining barge.
Industrial Research & Development - We are looking for pilots who have research and manufacturing experience for production of goods to be sold in the market. They will receive the majority percent of sale for all products they bring to the corporation. Use our materials.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
+ 1. Low Taxes! Our corporation has a low 5% tax collected on bounties and mission rewards. This tax is taken automatically and is used to fund the endeavors of the corporation. The Tax Rate will not be adjusted without proper notice and a majority vote among all directors (Admirals).
+ 2. Mining Barge Initiative - Our Corporation offers both skill book and ship acquisition experience for new players. Our primary goal is to ensure that new miners are able to get into a mining barge as easily and quickly as possible.
+ 3. Employee Payroll is done monthly on the last day of the month for all ranks Captain and above.
+ 4. Mining Operations offer employees a bonus to their payroll, paid at the time of sale.
+ 5. Decoration Bonuses
Decorations can be earned by being active, going above and beyond, kills during war time, leading operations, or just skilling up into an Orca. Each decoration is given to the employee to display as they wish along with an additional bonus paid at the time of the award. The additional bonus is no less them 25 million isk, no more then a new Orca of their own or a Plex. Bonuses are given to anyone of any rank based on their actions and can only be awarded by the Fleet Admiral. Decorations are a common occurrence in the corporation.
+ 6. POS Access is given to all corporate employees. We have a Primary Research & Development POS, as well as several others being anchored as we can afford and prepare for.
+ 7. NULL SEC Access is available to toughs who want it. We are set blue to our friends and allies in Null Sec and information can be obtained by talking to our Sr Officers.
