As you all know, the fight against Sansha's Nation is continuing, with no sign of an end. While many pilots have taken to removing the incursions around the cluster where they are present, FCORD has also been planning a number of additional operations in the fight against Sansha's Nation. While they are kept under the strictest of security, unfortunately we have had an internal leak. The investigation as to how this occurred is still ongoing, but we know for certain that the extend is limited to a censored copy of one of our operational proposals. While most of the important details were still censored, I've decided to release the operation proposal to the greater capsuleer community ahead of schedule in hopes of raising interest in participating when the operation goes ahead at some point in the future.
As such, I would like to present Operation Doru Rather than spend time explaining it here, I'll just let you read the operational proposal. -------------------------------- Fleet Admiral, Fleet Coordination Coalition |

Depending pretty much entirely on location and timing, I'd be in for participating on the assault. Feel free to drop me a line, Grideris.
Though right now, I'm really swamped with stuff taking up my time. --

This seems vaguely familiar to a certain Operation Recall, of wich the details I recently "found" in box when cleaning out my office.
You better find that leak Grideris, wouldnt want your documents out on the streets.

Very bold plan, but without some resistance to that nanovirus Sansha developed, it's probable that anyone boarding a Sansha ship is going to be physically taken over.

I think this plan, woefully underestimates Master Kuvakei. If indeed it is ever pulled off and seems like a success, then he allowed it to seem like one, so he could achieve his aims. If Fcord wants to do something ambitious they should just go capture some sleepers or something.

While capturing some sleepers whole is an entertaining idea, I'll pass for now. I for one, do not wish for them to come bursting out of an Orca like some alien in a horror Holoreel. -------------------------------- Fleet Admiral, Fleet Coordination Coalition |

Not much for planning and coordinating, meself.
Looks to be a shiny plan in more ways than one, though. I'd be willing to put me plans to the burners and make for assisting if desired. ~~~~~~~~~~~

I think I can lay my cards down as well.
In any case, I'd certainly be anxious to hear the results.

Quite ambitious, however as has already been stated, the biggest issue with this plan is Sansha's airborne nanites. All personnel boarding the ship will need more than standard Radiation, Bacteria, Chemical, Vacuum (RBCV) battle armor, for we do not know if personal shielding or sealed armor will stop these nanites.
As much of the document remains redacted, it is entirely possible this potential problem has been addressed, however in either case, I am willing to offer my ideas on how best to protect the boarding forces from this particular threat, in secure comms of course. |

An ambitious plan indeed. In order to defeat the nanovirus you will need crew heavily implanted with cybernetics. I would suggest drones to first determine the nanovirus, and secondary attacks after the vectors are known. Failing that you can just leave it up to experts in the matter, which I believe are prevalent among the cyberknights. \/

I though the Nanites had to be administered/ingested?
Please correct me if I'm wrong, seriously. Its something I cant afford to be wrong about.

As much as it disturbs me, I have to admit there is no evidence for such Nanites being solely limited to ingestion and/or intravenous injections. The recent interview with Kuvakei by Tedra Kerrigan confirms the use of nanites by Nation to convert victims into Slaves, but does not detail the method they were administered, and I strongly doubt Kerrigan would not have taken precautions with regards to the spiking of her food and drink.
In any case, the confirmation of use of one method does not exclude the possibility of the other method being availiable to Nation, so I have to agree with NicolausDeWild, in that we must endeavour to provide the boarding forces with the maximum possible protection to ensure their safety.
