How can I enter?
There are 1250 tickets at 2 mil per ticket.

How will this lotto be decided?
To ensure fairness in my lottery I use Chribba's Dice.
The drawing will occur when all tickets have been sold to ensure there is a winner.
What can I win?
1st Prize: Nightmare
2nd Prize: Machariel
1st Prize: Rattlesnake
The prizes will be available for pickup in Jita 4-4 Navy Assembly.

Is there a bonus prize?
You bet there is. 40 million isk goes to the person who guesses the closest number to the 1st place winning number in a reply to this topic. One entry per person. If there are duplicate numbers, the first one will be counted. Only numbers contained in posts edited before the drawing will be counted.
What about the fine print?
Any tickets sent without the reason code or with the wrong reason code WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL pending an EVE mail to Dax Moreau with the time the money was sent (if I don't catch it myself). Any incorrect amounts will be returned down to the nearest ticket. No "donation" BS unless it is marked as such, and I thank those who have sent donations in the past. We would not be where we are without you guys! In the event of the lottery ending early, all tickets will be refunded within 24 hours of the conclusion of the lottery. Tickets purchased after the conclusion of the lottery or after all tickets have been sold will not be considered valid and will be refunded in full. The first place winner can only win one prize. Any other individual can win both second and third place prizes.
Moreau Lotteries reserves the right to refuse service to any non-sentient plantlife or infectious diseases wishing to enter this lottery. By sending money with the correct reason code you agree not to pursue any legal action in regards to mind control, brainwashing, and/or aggressive hypnosis on the part of Moreau Lotteries. All proceeds go to science.
