I would like to apologize for the recent actions of my members. Let me explain the circumstances, we received this warning which I dutifully passed on to my membership:

As Alliance Leader you are hereby officially warned on behalf of your Alliance for spamming official chat channels. Please ask your Alliance members to seize all such activities at once or further warning will be issued.
Unfortunately they misinterpreted this message. The word 'seize' was used which my membership took as a requirement and request to continue in the activities and to actually take over the channels. Our actions after this caused the help channel to be set in moderated mode and the recruitment channel to be flooded with spam. We now realize what a horrible mistake this was. He meant to say 'cease'. We are not very good at reading. 
This shameful act on our part has led to our entire alliance being banned from both Help and Hilfe, how are our newbies to find assistance now?!
