Hello! I am here today seeking a Billion Isk Loan that will be repayed over 10 months at 5.0% Interest. Each repayment will be sent promptly and listed on this thread for confirmation. I have set up a new Corp and I am building a POS for Research and Development. The outlay for the POS and fuel is already funded by myself. The POS is in high security space under Concords watchful gaze. The income will be through extensive copying of high value blueprints and reselling them. Also I will manufacture researched Blueprints and sell the items. Thank you for reading and I invite any questions.

1. Do you have any collateral? I can not offer any collateral. I will tell you the POS location maybe? 2. What if you get wardecced? If I get Wardecced I will suspend all activity at the POS and move items out of it before it starts. 3. 10 months is an awfully long time for 1 billion, why don't make it shorter? Yes it is - 6 months is fine. 4. What if you get sui-ganked with your ship full of pricy stuffs? Viator would mitigate this danger. 5. Your loan seems more like an IPO, why don't make it one? a what? Sorry am new to finance... 6. Are you willing to undergo and audit? What kind of audit? 7. Will te interest be repayed monthly? Yes. 8. Will the interest be 5% each month or in total? each month. 9. Do you have any other debts? no. 10. Are you willing to go through and alt disclosure? yep

Originally by: Kei Darker Could you explain what you need the billion for if you can afford "high value blueprints" (i.e. more than 1 bil EACH i'm guessing...)? Also... have you ever looked at loan interest amounts before? 5% over 10 months is... ... well ... it's really bad. I assume you meant 5% total repayment.... which is horrible. HORRIBLE. But even assuming 5% per month for each of the 10 months, even if it were compounded.... would still be quite bad. Provide collateral AND raise the interest or this will never fill.
thanks for the tips.

Originally by: MotherSammy Assuming you aren't trolling/weak scam attempt and really are new to "finance" I would strongly suggest that you read other loan threads on this forum and recreate this thread. Nobody is going to throw a billion at you for a few lines of what appears to be a poorly-thought-out idea.
Also changing all your terms based on one guys questions shows a distinct lack of direction.
Please try again, thankyou
I am not a scamming Mothersammy, nor am i Trolling. I am asking for a loan legitimately. I have altered two parameters, yes. As when I thought about it the percentage and duration were a bit narrow/tight. Its not a poorly thought out idea in my opinion - though I agree with you I have not put enough flesh on the bone of my proposal. Thanks for the feedback.
