I used the corporate wallet to buy a skill book. I looked for the item in my items and it did not appear. I searched for an answer to why not and discovered that it was supposed to be in a hanger called deliveries. There is no deliveries tab anywhere in the station I made the purchase in. How do I get the item? My Corp has not rented space at any station. |

Dock in the station that it was bought. Open the Inventory, on the left (where the tabs are) the bottom one has a box icon Called Deliveries or something similar.
If that doesn't show then you might have to rent a corp office, however I'm not 100% sure on that. |

As the poster above said, go to the right station and open the new inventory UI. In the main index you should have an option called Market deliveries in it. That's where you item is located. |

It's a fairly important button to have for people with certain roles, so it should be in an obvious place to every player with access rights. When the player has to ask other players for help to access their own items in a game, there is room for improvement in the system. |

No. Sorry the window to fix the dreadful, *ups*, I mean wonderful exciting new unified Inventory interface is no longer open.
Despite CCP Soundwave's claims to fix it till we are happy with it, consider it now old code.
Maybe one day when CCP has time for it they'll put it back on the backlog to fix it with priority, but for now you're uhm, I'm sorry to say, frakked.
