Title says it all, I want a decent falcon pilot with cyno 5 trained. Budget isn't much of an issue but I'm not looking for a 30mil sp+ character.

Alright I have been getting some confusion on the budget for this deal. So as it stands I am going to say that the budget is 6 Billion! That should make it more than clear :)

I have one I would be willing to part with for around that..
She has around 10m sp, cyno 5, recon 3 or 4 I forget, and some other decent support skills... Im at work right now but ill be on in about 4 hours, if you convo me ill give you her api key...
She does not have much in the way for weapons, but is set up to train for them.... same thing for tank.
She also has a -6.5 sec status, so if your not interested I would understand
