I have a badger equiped with just laser miner II and shield booster , I noticed that when I am mining the capcaitor gauge fill till 92% then it drop down to 68% then again fill to 92% and drop to 68%  !! Why this is happening ??  I had a bantam before with same equipments and the capcaitor get to 100% even while am mining , and ....
What is the best laser miner I can fit my badger with to help me mine faster ?? It realy takes a long time to fill it using laser miner II .

Well I can Answer both of these questions for you.
#1) The capacitor recharge of an Industrial ship is signifacantly lower than a Frigate, plus it has more cap to recharge; so don't be alarmed, this is normal.
#2) The best mining laser you can fit to your indy is a miner 2. The strip miner won't fit on them so your kinda stuck with it. Besides indy's aren't really setup to be mining ships with only 1 hardpoint. You're probably be better off mining with your Frigate into a jetcan than picking it up in the indy.

Ok , but I still don't understand why the capcaitor gauge don't load to max 99-100% ?? It goes to 92% then drop down to 68% !!

because the miner 2 cycles faster then it takes you cap to recharge to 100%

Mining lasers use cap every cycle.
The cap on your badger recharges passively with a certain rate. This rate is high enough to recharge your cap back to 92% every cycle of one mining laser, not more.
On a bantam the cap recharge rate is different. I does have a high enough netural recharge to charge back up to 100% every cycle of a mining laser.
You can affect the cap recharge with cap relays and cap rechargers. altho havingyou cap fluctuate between 60 and 90% is nothing to worry about when mining.

perhaps he had a miner I equipped? those use waaaaaaaaaaaaay less cap

Also, I believe the Bantam (haven't used one, but I think it's one of the mining frigs) gets a -60% cap use to Miners bonus. So you'll use much less, thus it has less to refill.

Look at it this way. You can fit a very large number of cap recharger 25s in an industrial.

*giggles* except if there's an innocent typo with "rechargers" vs. "boosters"...not to mention the utterly silly concept of even THINKING about using stupid 25 booster ammo charges
