As suggested by the title I am looking for a good combat/support/industry char. It is for a friend that just started EvE so I dont mint it being able to fight and mine at the same time as long as it is specialized only for one race.
Combat skills are a must. Other skills are optional.
Price is negociable(1-2bil - meaning I will pay 4-5 bil for a lower SP char also 9-10 for a really nice one) on plus and minus based on the quality of the char.
I am looking to make the transaction as fast as possible, however I will wait a couple of days for a serious char/offer/person.

Well, totally not want you has specified, but take it as a free bump if you like.
However, if its for a friend, why make him stick with the one race you pick?
This char can fly all sub BS ships in Amarr, Caldari and Minmatar races with full T2 fits so he can experiment and figure out which race he really likes, and then build on that one. Its also got Amarr BS trained because occasionally you just need to have a BS, for fleets etc.

He can fly all minmatar sub-caps, excepts command ships, has t2 large projectiles and excellent int_mem skills, so you won't have to worry about those pesky skills.
