Edited by: Hastrabull on 04/03/2005 15:25:55 Edited by: Hastrabull on 04/03/2005 15:25:01 I have a strange feeling that we are living in interesting times. Old empires falling apart, new empires growing fast.
Next Generation is coming!
I feel like fall of theallmighty Curse Alliance begined huge changes in Galaxy, not implementation of Exodus.
Am i the only one that has this feeling? ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

If you look at the actions of the former CA corp's, its pretty clear that CA splitting apart has had some pretty big consequences, Hast --------
FireFoxx80: If you think you can do a better job, go find yourself a datacentre to host a box, get a copy of Visual Studio, and STFU. |

I agree, this is all I ever see:
Moan, Gripe, NAP, Backstab, War, Moan, Gripe, NAP, Backstab, War...Rinse and Repeat!
Get a grip people.

aaaahhhh Much better now.

Edited by: Harkan Ramientes on 04/03/2005 16:15:04 hmmm the game mechanically evolved in limiting the reasons to be in 0.0 for many, and this played a major part for sure (no more "no risk, no isk")so nobody feel anymore a real reason to close (or to attempt to)a portion of space (with few exceptions)
for sure CA demise subtracted a lot of reasons to many self appointed diplomats and grand schemers =P

I don't know if the rest of eve really wanted this for content. _ _ How many pilots does it take to wire a Flux Capacitor? 3, 1 to wire it and 2 to talk about how the old one was better. |

In all honesty EVE is pretty unstable politics wise atm. Wars break out on moments notice (recent RA vs SE war comes to mind), confilcts erput in places almost forgotten (fade) and the smallest attacking the biggest (like SAS vs. XF).
Death of CA ensured a time of turmoil over EVE, since it's pilots spread thru the galaxy and many of CAs foes lost their only or biggest target, wars spread thru EVE like a fire. This has been going on for some time now and tbh... some stability would do me well bout now, but hey... looks like there isn't enough space for those who want it and each piece of property is worth more now, then ever.
All in all... ensures I have a PvP future. ------------------------------------------------

i find it amusing how the fall of curse brought upon the fall of 3 alliances and a 4th on the brinks, and more wars than u can shake a stick at.

fall of CA was like a damn that got blown'd up. EVE is now facing a "flood" of instability and war.
...kinda interesting times these are.

Edited by: Br0dY on 05/03/2005 09:14:01 Personaly I wouldn't mind becoming part of another entity like CA, only without the differences that ended it. I liked the idea of not going more then a cpl jumps to get a decent fight, not like now, when we either chase ganks or face gigantic blobs and have singing contests on TS waiting for stuff to happen... But then again... No way I see something like that forming in the near future again....
P.S.: New corp I see Grim.... ------------------------------------------------

Empire agent running seems to be very lucrative at the moment - so the only people you see in 0.0 are those that are out for a fight - and half the people fighting are running empire agent alts.
CCP needs to make 0.0 an important economic source again (make everything isogen+ available only in 0.0), get rid of all the 0.0 NPC stations and not provide insurance cover for getting killed in 0.0

Oh... I must say EVE has been good to me this past month since I came back. This "new era" or whatever u might call it is quite fun for PvPers, less so for miners, or is it? I haven't been on any miner ganking ops recently... kind of miss those, fan letter was allways nice, made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside...
Apart from that, kiling XF in my incursus('s) is much fun and laff, incursus 4tw!
Seriously tho... EVE is ok and I get to kill xetic... what more can i ask for? The "New generation" of Xetic is quite generous too, they drop nice t2 stuff and they still fly indys w/o BMs... god how I love to gank indys... ------------------------------------------------
