* Tickets for this Lottery are 10mil.
* To purchase tickets, send isk to in game character Lotto49 with the reason field of Lotto49-144
* Lottery numbers will be unlocked once all tickets are purchased.
* Ticket Numbers are given out randomly with API Software.
* Winners will be announced Via-mail list "lotto-49" and given a 2 weeks to claim their prize(s).
* If for whatever reason the lottery does not sell out in a timely fashion, Lottery will become a non-profit lottery, Prize list will be updated to equal ticket revenue and draw will be made.

Looks like the API was down but now its back up, but it missed alot of isk deposits. I'll be home in about 6 hours to sort threw it all. Unless it fixes itself ! :P Should be sold out by the time i get home aswell. :)
