I just tried to create a new second account but the credit card wasnt accepted (its the one i use for the first account). Is it really not possible to have more than one account at a time?

I have 2 accounts on the same credit card. Before the ETCs were released I also had a friend of mine use the same card. Worked without any problems.

i encountered the same problem as you, no authorisation or some error i cant remember. I used a pertition and the devs were quick on the case. They had to approve something or other, but it works fine now.
get CCP on the case,

To contact them you can use the support site, "Ask a question" and then put it in the "Billing & Account" category.

Hade the same issue, petition should still b e open since about november last year, altho I've ofc starting using paybycash long ago.
See, I started a seocnd account using the cc my first was running on, and for some weird reaosn one months later neither account would accept that credit card.
I still use it to pay for my gas btw.
Don't count on the petition helping, ccp seem quite clueless on billing issues.

I was going to start a second account, but I only have one CC. So I guess no second account for me then.

I pay for both of mine on same CC and its the same CC I had 2 other accounts at same time before I gave them to corp m8s in jan 2k4 before starting my 2 new ones.

also no problem here with 2 accounts on the same cc, wonder if it allows 3 then

Had one account running on a CC, got another account then same CC didnt work for that one.
Emailed help team, got a friendly CCP guy to sort the problem - Now have three running one the card.
people with emails sent, just wait and eventually you will get results - atleast thats what i experianced.

I tried for my third account last night. Tried with 2 different cards quite a few times with no joy.
The real kicker is that my credit card and other cards available balance went down each time so If that clears its gonna be a fortune.
I have petition'd. It had better not take long.

I'm using a visa and it works nicely...
Never had a problem ('cept that one where my card was expired ^^!)
