48 hrs from time of sale is the maximum I'd ever wait. The isk scammers only need 1-2 hrs alone with your isk to sell it for cash. CCP really needs a new system in place for selling toons...bad. |

Oh yes, you just need to petition it, but give the guy at least a full day. They get away with it because its not the person making money off the isk who suffers, its the person who PURCHASES the isk who suffers. |
