18 years old to sign up for the polaris program.
By the laws of averages it is safe to assume that most of the polaris volunteers are between the ages of 18-24.
This means that somewhere out there in polaris-land there is an 18-24 year old who has nothing better to do than look for posts with my name on them and delete them without any question as to the content of the post in question.
The polaris mod(s) involved in this action are, of course, within the rights that is granted by the power they have, however, if so much as ONE MORE of my posts is deleted without clear, concise, and VALID reason being provided to me for the posts removal, I will excercise every option available to me as a consumer to see that I am compensated for my time on these forums that I have been harassed this evening.

from the ToS you agree to when you post:
"6.2. CCP does not prescreen, monitor or edit the Content posted or submitted to Forums. However, CCP reserves the right to edit, limit or remove any such Content in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding, you shall remain solely responsible for any Content you submit or post."

i read that...but i also read this:

these boards are privately owned and maintained, you have no rights on them. whatever these "options" are, they will just waste your time further. :)

I still have options.
I think you are under the impression that I need to have a legal right in order to file a grievance, but I assure you that while CCP is legally covered three times over against any suit being filed against them for ANYTHING, I still have rights as a consumer which I have the option to excercise should I choose.
I can complain to customer service, for example. CCP offices may not be directly aware of the situation, by bringing it to their attention I could, possibly, affect a change.
There are also other areas to explore which are not directly linked to CCP, such as the BBB and various public outlets where I may share my feelings on the situation with others.
I realise that most of this sounds like idle threats, and I tried very much to avoid sounding that way, however, you seem to not be satisfied just keeping your nose out of this post and my business, so I thought perhaps I could appease you with details.
I'm not seeking the opinions of other players here, so your input, while still of value, is not really needed in this case.

Personally Axe I love your posts. They make me smile and laugh. I also think you raise some very very good points to.
Who cares if you mention the word *** in them. *** is actually and English word meaning to be *** or have deep joy and spirit. The word itself stems from medievil times where it was used as surname in the UK. A person who was *** had great spirit and enjoyed themselves! Technically you could say that I am indeed *** myself :) Although not in the modern vernacular. It is only in our perverted new world where such a nice word could become tarnished and forbidden almost! Shame on you oh Hidden Polaris men. Get an education it helps awfully you know :)

I agree with you, Soul Reaver, however, the forum moderators deleted many many posts over the course of the evening.
In an effort to appease them (as ultimately I just want to be left alone) I requested that the creator of the signature replace the term '***' with the term 'happy' which does not change the meaning in any way, but I had hoped it would remove any possibility of the signature offending anyone as it was the only part of the signature that I saw which could be even REMOTELY considered to be offensive (and even then only if you used the word out of context).
However, even that change does not seem to be enough for the moderators.
This thread is my final attempt to reason with them so that they cease their harassment of me.
I hope it does not fail...

Tylenol - I am posting here because my posts are being deleted here. It seems to me logical to conclude that that parties involved in my posts deletion should be my first point of contact for problem resolution in this matter.
Should that fail I will move up the chain until I have nowhere left to go.

Maybe if all applicants would get admitted that would be a safe thing to assume. That's not how it's done however, and I personally consider your post yet another flame - rather than trying to be constructive and help us better ourselves.
When you post in these forums, you do that in agreement with our ToS and Forum Rules. If a moderator here judges that something you write qualifies as trolling, flaming, ranting, flame-baiting, or offensive in one or more contexts your post may be edited or deleted.
There is nothing strange in this, it is the only sane way to operate a forum.
Let's stick to the rules and talk about the game instead, mmkay?
