The war had only just gone active, perhaps 10 minutes old at the least. SUPRM lost ships due to war targets not showing up, or because concord made a mistake. It was horribly bugged for a while at least, and by the looks of it Xetic had some of the same problems. (no smack intended in the above comment, except for maybe at concord for not getting the war straight) I'm sure during the first 30 min of the war concord pwned both sides.

Move "Pilot has security status below 0" and "Pilot has security status below -5" below Gang, Corp and Alliance. Then all war targets will be red, even if low sec.
