I posted a notice last week about joining a corp. I have had a few very interesting responses that I am currently considering. Just so thos who didn't see my last post. I am still fairly new to the game; I do have a friend who has been giving me help with questions I might have, so I have learned quite abit in the short time I have been in the game. So far I am into mining, and doing some missions. At this time I don't think I have the knowledge/skills or the ship to go hunting down pirates. I am looking for a corp. that is very flexible, not too structured but has honorable intentions. Thank you.

The best you can do is let a corp know what your all about... Just be carful of the ones who will take you instantly or want to make you mine 20hrs/week.

Our small and friendly corp is looking for players who are willing to work as a team.
We want people who will play on a regular basis. Our core hours are 23:00 - 04:00 EVE time.
We enjoy the following activities: mining, hunting, manufacturing, agent running.
We do not tolerate piracy! But you can choose your own career path in the game.
We will train new players as needed. We welcome experienced players as well.
HQ is based in 1.0 space. You are, however, free to base yourself out of anywhere.
We have scheduled corp events as needed to promote teamwork and have fun.

The Organ Grinder and Co are also recruiting. We are happy to take new and experienced players alike. I, for instance, have only been playing the game a few months but have managed to get involved in some real large scale, game changing events through this corp.
We are part of the Foundation, a loose grouping of corps fighting for free access to the Great Widlands. We have finally fought the Keiretsu into signing a Non Aggression Pact so we currently have free access to this fantastic area of 0.0 space.
Howeverif fighting is not your thing and you would rather be involved in mining / manufacturing then we also have a very active production arm. They have one of the very few Jaguar BPOs in the game and have bases both in empire and the Great Widlands.

Why join a corp if you can join a group of Freelancers with knowledge in basicly every area you want to pursue. Only thing we do not allow in our group is Scamming, Thievery and Piracy. Your free to pursue any other path, but on the other hand your also solely responsible for achieving your own set goals. This is the path of a true Freelancer. To live freely but also the responsibility that comes with it.

Mystic, you may consider joing InQuest. We are a society of pilots dedicated to exploration of Eve - that is physical exploration and mapping, examination of the politics of the game, exploration of game mechanics (PvP, PvE, Agent Running, Mining or just coming up with new ship setups) and to exploration of having fun. In summary each of our members is an expert in their own individual field. We have, until recently, kept our numbers small (~9-12) but are looking to recruit more pilots such that we can more effectively undertake voluntary group projects.
We intentionally are free-form with no taxes or expectations for a pilot to participate in any mandatory corporate events. We are well established in Empire with the resources to supply pilots with ships up to and including cruisers at a moments notice - with the option for more expensive projects when properly notified (Note: we try to supply our pilots with the best ship for what they're doing be that BS, barge of assault ship). Our activities currently give us access to 0.0 space should you wish to experience high-end rat hunting, mining or PvP in the future.

We are a friendly mining/production corp, who support each others endeavours, and even have a weekly lotto to win a Battleship (thru mining times)
