I have a route that is supposed to pass through tash-murkon prime system then the amarr system using the highway gates, but it appears that the gates aren't in the systems.
Does anyone else have this problem?

yep, I had this once too. Different systems too. You might send a bug report to CCP and navigate without autopilot.

Clear your eve cache with a proggy like evedude plus (from eve-i.com). Fixed showing them for me. Now I can see the highway gates (in the little F11 map) and select them but no option for warp to appears and autopilot still won't use them. :(

"After having been under construction for more than 10 years the power on process of the newly installed CONCORD super highway Stargate Grid has failed. The failure has been traced to amarr space. It has been known for a long time that the holders were against this bringing-the-world-closer initiative, but no one expected sabotage. Repairmen have been sent and the grid should be up around 16:00 GMT. Expect a 30 minutes total outage at that time."
That should solve the problem.

They're new gates that were included in the patch that go from the capital system of one region to the capital system of another.

They also say those will be gates where you need to pay for so for such a shorter route I think the price will be high.
