The Reformation of KIA Corp
Due to what we think are sabotaged implants, some pilots in RONA KIA have suddenly gone beserk. The implants seem to be causing some kind of thirst for war, which hasn't been able to be fulfilled as yet. In an attempt to quench this thirst, a large majority of RONA-KIA have moved back to the original KIA Corp.
During the move we unlocked the old hangers to find rows and rows of ships covered up with dust sheets. When we removed these sheets, we found hordes of Ospreys which we had stocked up for the original Evolution War in Venal two years ago. We will be melting down the majority of these ships to make modules for our current fleet, but the ships of the commanders at the time, KIAInkZ and KIAEddZ will be donated to the Nonni Caldari State History Museum. These ships have been preserved and have have quite distinctive features like the deep scorch marks from the original Tachyon Lasers used at the time, which had a reputation of being 'The ultimate Gank Gun'.
With the reopening of the corp we found some disturbing things. For example RKK were set to +10 which I think most will agree is madness. We have decided therefore to reset all previous standings to 0.0. We regret to announce that all Neutral pilots in 0.0 are liable to be destroyed without notice due to the lack of control we have over these rogue implants. We will be contacting corps we wish to retain standings with. If you have not had contact with us, then even if you were once a close friend, we can't guarentee your safety without prior notification. This applies to all past alliance partners, and affiliates.
We have decided that to try and retain as much sanity of our pilots as possible, we will now be accepting Mercenary Contracts, and interested parties should contact KIAEddZ who has now retaken the position of CEO of KIA Corp.
R-K is still owned by the RONA Group, and it's future will be decided by them, but KIA Corp have no ties or relation any more. There are a few members staying and we wish them safe wings.
To past friends, goodbye and good luck, to everyone else, we'll be seeing you soon(TM).

We've been in alliances since about 2 months after KIA was originally created, and it's time to go our own way. We've split from RONA because we're totally changing direction. There's no animosity or ill feelings, and Xirt and Imperium have been nothing but great hosts and friends, so I'm sorry to disappoint people, but Imperium isn't falling apart.
We simply wish to have no restrictions on what we want to do, and we want to do what we wish without affecting others. Hence the decision to go independent from RONA and alliances.

Leave it please. There's been no ill feeling up to this point so let's not start any now. This is simply a direction change that is needed to keep people from cancelling their accounts and nothing to do with the KIA/RONA relationship. We've worked hard with RONA over the last year, and both contributed a lot to the cause, but now is the time to part ways.
RONA have been behind KIA the entire time, same as KIA have been behind RONA. Unfortunately it's still the same old, same old as far as objectives/activities go, and we need a change to get the corp active again, it's simple as that. We've been doing the same thing for well over a year now.
Robey, you've been inactive for months now, if you've got something to say or want to chat about anything you know where we are. It's been a tough time for all of us, and we are now looking towards the future. It's got nothing to do with ditching friends etc, they know where we are if they need us, and they're still our friends. The hardest part of all of this is leaving Acks who is one of the nicest blokes anyone would ever have the pleasure of dealing with, and of course our team mates, old and new.

heck, its why i left norad, these issues continue to pop up and are never resolved.

LOL. Hal beat me to it, was wondering where Acks was. Looks like the resurrected KIA is going to be a lot of fun. You lads were always great neighbours. I miss Thorax hunting with Acks tho :P
