honestly if i was you i would train all those injected skill books that are at 0 up to 3 and all those level 1 and 2 skills also to 3 it looks really bad like it is and when you put it up for sale put it up as a "All arounder" and note how long to tengu legion loki freighter some kind of battleship maybe the machariel and only put the ships hes closets to flying out of what i listed as is i would sell him off for 1.8 maybe 2.5 |

Its a messy skill sheet, but its still worth around 4 billion depending on remaps. |

I cant even think of anything you could do with that mess of skills...
Its going to take you no less then 7 months, with a perfect training regiment, to get it up to Par
First start with subsystems and spaceship command, get 5's across the board with subsystems.
Battlecruiser and destroyer to 5
That should get you started on the right path. |

Yeah in his current state you'd probably get about 2.5-3.5b for him. People specifically buy toons for a purpose, be that PVP, mining, manufacturing, research or mission running/other PVE tasks. As he stands he's not particularly good at any one of those things and so that seriously de-values him. Normally a toon with that amount of SP that's focused would bring about 5.5-6 billion, but as I've said, the lack of focus costs you 2-3 billion. |
